Dosage of Siberian Fir essential oil

In adults , place 1 drop of Siberian Fir essential oil on a neutral tablet 3 to 5 times a day.
In children over 7 years old, 1 drop of Siberian Fir essential oil on a neutral tablet twice a day.
Purifying the ambient air : 5 drops of essential oil of Siberian fir + 1 drop of essential oil of peppermint + 3 drops of essential oil of eucalyptus radiata, mixture to diffuse 10 minutes every 2 hours.
Concentration aid (adults) : 2 drops of Siberian Fir essential oil + 1 drop of noble laurel essential oil + 1 drop of frankincense essential oil, 1 drop of essential oil of this mixture in gentle application to the solar plexus will help you focus.
