The international customer service center is available Monday through Friday from 8 in the morning to 7 in the evening. (Please note that the service is not available on Saturdays). They offer a contact in English and French.

Useful answers

- Was my order registered by your services?

If the command is "Validated", it has been saved. An e-mail summary of your order is systematically sent to inform you of its consideration by our services.

- Have you received my check ? (if you chose this method of payment)

If the status of your order is "Awaiting Payment", we have not received your check yet. Upon receipt of it by our services, an e-mail is systematically sent to inform you and the status of your order becomes "in progress".

- Was my order processed?

When you confirm your order, it goes directly into treatment; its status is "In progress".

- Was my order shipped?

An e-mail is systematically sent to inform you of the dispatch of your order. The shipping date is recalled in my account> history of your orders.

  3. Click in the detail of your order to find your carrier tracking number and follow your order step by step and click on the link of follow-up of your order
