CARRIER'S INSURANCE

Goods travel at the Buyer's risk. However, shipping costs include insurance against damage and loss (the maximum amount of insurance reimbursement varies from carrier to carrier).

Before accepting delivery, please check the condition of your package.
In the event of any anomaly, refuse the parcel and indicate on the delivery note the reasons for refusal, listing the problems observed. Otherwise, no claim will be possible.

Don't let the driver tell you what to do or what to write on the delivery note.

Limit yourself to indicating the damage observed, avoiding any information that the delivery person may give you, such as"packaging intact" or any other mention that could exclude their responsibility.

Finally, the reservation"subject to unpacking" is not valid and cannot be taken into account.

If your parcel has been delivered directly to your letterbox in a deteriorated state, you must take it back (without opening it) to your nearest post office in order to refuse delivery.

To avoid any damage to your parcel, and to remain covered by the additional insurance (ad valorem insurance that we take out only for large orders involving fragile products) in the event of loss, orders must not exceed a total (including postage) of €1,500.

Important changes in customs regulations for shipping goods to the USA

A new U.S. presidential decree has announced the suspension of the de minimis duty exemption on shipments of goods to the United States as of August 29, 2025.

In concrete terms, this means the removal of the $800 market value threshold, and therefore taxation from the first euro of value for all goods shipped to the USA, depending on the value of each item:

• 15% for goods manufactured in the European Union
• 34% for goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macao.

Only documents and packages containing gifts with a value of less than $100 will not be subject to taxation, but a customs declaration must always be attached to shipments of gifts and documents.

In addition, the United States requires that customs duties be paid by the exporter (and no longer by the recipient), which means that shipments must be made exclusively with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option.

From the end of August, all shipments made using DAP (Delivery At Place) will be refused by US customs and returned to the sender.

Consequently, DAP shipments to this destination will no longer be possible.

Transporting your parcel

If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, soin-et-nature.com will process orders within a maximum of 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In the event of stock shortage, the order will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days from the day following the day on which the "user" transmitted the order. soin-et-nature.com is released from its delivery obligation in all cases of force majeure (strikes, floods, fires, etc.).

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages are oversized and protected.

Article 16 : Delivery

The USER may choose to have the order delivered either to his home address, or to another address of his choice, indicated during the ordering procedure.
Delivery charges are indicated in article 7 herein.
The delivery deadline indicated is valid for immediate payment of the order by credit card.
In the event of payment by cheque or bank transfer, the delivery deadline will be postponed by the time required for receipt and cashing of the transfer or cheque.

Article 17 :Receipt

At the time of receipt, it is the USER's responsibility to check the merchandise and to note any reservations on the delivery note.

If no reservations are made on the delivery note, the PRODUCTS are presumed to be in conformity and free of apparent defects.
