What are essential oils?

Essential oils are made from flower, herb and tree parts like bark, root, peels and petals. The cells that give a plant its fragrant smell are its "essence". When an essence is extracted from a plant, it becomes an essential oil.

How to use essential oils ?

• The essential oils externally: Cutaneous application is possible for a large portion of essential oils, they then spread in the body to act. While few of them are pure, most are diluted in vegetable oils, massage oils or body creams. This type of oil helps to relieve skin problems and circulatory and muscular disorders.

• Essential oils by the respiratory way : They help to relieve certain respiratory and pulmonary pathologies and to clean up the ambient air. Diffusers of essential oils allow a vaporization of the active products.
