You can choose the post office where you would like your parcel to be delivered (without your letter carrier having to come to your home first) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours. You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail.
As soon as we receive the notification, you have 10 working days to collect your parcel from your chosen post office. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to us. You can choose one of the 500 Pickup Stations to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (station, metro, parking lot, shopping mall, etc.), they are accessible 24/7 (except for those subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones).
Once your parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your collection codes, enabling you to collect your parcel within 3 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.
If your order is "Validated", it has been registered. An e-mail summarizing your order is systematically sent to you to inform you that it has been processed by our services. You can find it in your order history.
If the status of your order is "Pending payment", this means that we have not yet received your check or bank transfer. As soon as we receive it, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know, and the status of your order will change to "in preparation".
As a reminder, a transfer can take between 2 and 5 days to appear. If after this time the status of your order has not been changed to "preparation in progress", please contact us.
We advise our customers to choose payment by credit card or via their Paypal account for faster shipment of their order.
When we validate your parapharmacy order, it is directly processed by our logistics team; its status is "preparation in progress".
An e-mail is systematically sent to you to inform you that your order has been shipped, and you receive the tracking number with a link to the carrier. The shipping date is displayed in my account > order history.

To track DPD and SEUR parcels in your country, please use the international tracking number provided on the French post office website.
To track a BRT parcel in Italy, please enter the tracking number in the Customer parcel ID box.
