3 times a day, place 2 drops on a neutral tablet for adults and 1 drop for children over 7 years old.

Travel sickness : 1 drop of lemon essence on a neutral tablet, before departure, renew during the journey.

Children tired by repetitive infections : 1 drop of lemon essence + 1 drop of Ravensare essential oil on a neutral tablet, 4 to 5 times a day.

Hepatic insufficiency (nausea, migraines, drowsiness after meals) : 1 drop of lemon essence + 1 drop of essential oil of Peppermint on a neutral tablet, 2 times a day after meals.

Immune tonic (children> 7 years old) : 3 drops of essential oil of yellow lemon + 1 drop of essential oil of thyme in linalool + 1 drop of essential oil of Ravintsara, 1 to 2 drops of this mixture + 5 drops of 'Macadamia Vegetable Oil for belly massage in the morning.

Precautions for use of essential oil of yellow lemon

- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women (contains limonene which may cause uterine contractions)

- Avoid in case of hypertension

- Do not apply in the pure state (Dermocaustic), always dilute

- Risk of photosensitization (erythema, edema). Do not apply the essential oil before sun exposure, always wait 6 hours

- Risk of allergy with oxidation products of limonene
