Lack of sleep can be caused by stress , age, hormones, circadian cycle disturbances. Vegetable melatonin , derived from plant extracts (alfalfa, chlorella, rice). Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep , at the start of the night or during nocturnal awakenings. Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules also helps to reduce the effects of jet lag.

How to use Arkocaps Melatonin 30 capsules properly?

Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules can be used from 18 years old.

Fall asleep: 1 capsule to be swallowed with a large glass of water before bedtime. This beneficial effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime or when waking up at night.
Jet lag: 1 capsule to be swallowed with a large glass of water just before bedtime, on the 1st day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at destination. This beneficial effect is obtained from the consumption of 0.5 mg of melatonin.

Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules is formulated with a concentrate of plant extracts titrated in melatonin [alfalfa leaf ( Medicago sativa L. ), rice seed ( Oryza sativa L. ) and chlorella ( Chlorella vulgaris Beijerinck )] - Thickener: acacia gum. 100% vegetable capsule (cellulose derivative)
