Soya lecithin is a substance rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (essential to the body) , linoleic and linolenic acids. These substances have the ability to selectively bind to the cholesterol that accumulates in the blood, especially its noxious fraction, thus promoting its elimination and preserving the flexibility of the vascular walls. Also, soy lecithin is particularly indicated to prevent the formation of plaques of atheromas .
