Our naturo advice to adopt the right gestures:

The nose is the open door to bacteria, viruses and pollution particles. Here are some tips for preventing disease:

  • Learn to sneeze:

The phlegm retains everything that is lying around in the air, preventing the arrival of undesirable (microbes, dust ...) in the lungs. Sneezing (like washing or blowing your nose) allows for radical expulsion.

  • Learn to blow your nose:

It is necessary to proceed one nostril after the other, and not both at the same time. If not ? Under the effect of the pressure, the phlegm may rise to the eardrum, in the ear, with a spread of viruses or bacteria.

  • Regularly wash your nose (especially in winter):

The nasal mucosa is lined with small cilia which evacuate intruders trapped inside (bacteria, viruses, yeasts, pollutants, pollen, etc.). Washing with a nasal solution limits local inflammation due to these particles, improves respiratory well-being and protects against ENT infections.
