• Blow your nose before using the Humer Very Stuffy Nose, Sinusitis, and Cold Spray (15 ml).
• Shake the decongestant spray, then remove the protective cap.
• When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 1 or 2 times.
• Insert the nozzle vertically into one nostril and close the other by pressing it shut with a finger. Spray 2 to 3 times into each nostril while inhaling.
• Clean the nozzle with warm water, dry it, and replace the protective cap.
