How do you use this device to clear your nose?

1. Thoroughly wash the Marimer nasal irrigation kit with lukewarm water.
2. Fill the bottle to the line with bottled mineral water or water that has been boiled for 1 minute. The water temperature should be between 35°C and 40°C.
3. Dissolve 1 or 2 sachets, depending on the desired effect.
4. Shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Tilt your head slightly forward over the sink.
6. Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril while breathing through your mouth.
7. Gently squeeze the base of the bottle and let the solution flow into the nose and out through the other nostril.
8. Keep your mouth open during the irrigation.
9. After rinsing, keep your head tilted forward for a few moments.
10. Repeat the process in the other nostril.
11. Gently blow your nose.
12. Clean the bottle again after use.
