Italian Helichrysum essential oil is intended for topical application and, in exceptional cases and only with a doctor’s prescription, may be taken orally or inhaled in small doses for short periods of time

• Rosacea, scars, couperose, stretch marks, skin aging: Dilute1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil (such as rosehip oil) or a skincare cream, and apply with a gentle massage to the face or affected area of the body.
• Bruises, hematomas: Apply a few drops undiluted to the affected area 5 times a day until the bruise disappears.
• Sprains:Apply 3 drops undiluted to the sprain after cooling it with an ice pack, once a day, until the sprain subsides.
