At a Pickup location

You can choose one of the 7,500 local retailers in the Pickup network—near your home, workplace, or vacation destination—where you’d like your package delivered.

Once we’ve prepared your package, it will be delivered to you within approximately 48 hours, and you’ll be notified via text message and email when it’s ready for pickup. You can then pick it up within 10 business days.

Pickup Station Pickup

You can choose one of 500 automated pickup stations to have your package delivered. Located along your route (train stations, subway stations, parking lots, shopping centers, etc.), they are accessible 24/7 (except for stations subject to the operating hours of shopping malls and transit areas).

Once we’ve prepared your package, it will be delivered to you within an estimated 48 hours, and you’ll be notified of its availability via text message and email. In such cases, no claims or compensation will be accepted for a package marked as delivered on the La Poste Courrier lettre suivi, COLISSIMO tracking website. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Goods are shipped at the Buyer’s own risk. However, shipping costs include insurance covering damage and loss (the maximum insurance reimbursement amount varies by carrier).

Therefore, in all cases,please check the condition of your packages before accepting delivery. 
If there are any issues, refuse the package and note the reasons for refusal on the delivery receipt, listing the problems observed; otherwise, no claims will be accepted.

Do not let the delivery person dictate your actions or what to write on the delivery receipt.

Limit yourself to noting the damage observed, and avoid including information the delivery person may suggest, such as“packaging intact” or any other statement that could exempt them from liability.

Finally, the reservation“subject to unpacking” is not valid and cannot be taken into account.

If your package was delivered directly to your mailbox in a damaged condition, you must return it (without opening it) to your nearest post office to refuse the delivery.

To avoid potential damage to your packages and remain covered by the additional insurance (ad valorem insurance that we purchase only for large orders containing fragile items) in the event of loss, orders must not exceed a total (including shipping costs) of €1,500.

Delivery via tracked letter in mainland France (including Corsica) and the Principality of Monaco:

The “Lettre suivie” is a tracked envelope designed for sending small items and documents weighing up to 1 kg. The tracking service provides the sender with information about the package’s delivery status. This envelope can hold items with maximum dimensions of 142 x 135 x 19 mm.

Important changes to customs regulations regarding the shipment of goods to the United States

A new U.S. presidential executive order announced the suspension of the de minimis customs duty exemption effective August 29, 2025, for shipments of goods to the United States.

In practical terms, this means the elimination of the $800 market value threshold and, consequently, the imposition of duties starting from the first euro of value for all goods shipped to the United States, based on the value of each item:

• 15% for goods manufactured in the European Union
• 34% for goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong, and Macau

Only documents and packages containing gifts valued at less than $100 will be exempt from taxation, but a customs declaration must still be included with all shipments of gifts and documents.

Furthermore, the United States requires that customs duties be paid by the exporter (and no longer by the recipient), which means that shipments must be made exclusively using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option.

Starting at the end of August, all shipments made under the DAP (Delivery At Place) terms will be refused by U.S. Customs and therefore returned to the sender. 

Consequently, shipping via DAP to this destination will no longer be possible.
Our technical team is taking all necessary steps to ensure compliance so that we can resume shipments to the U.S. as soon as possible.

Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo (delivered without a signature) for shipments to mainland France.

If you would like delivery requiring a signature, an additional fee applies; please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible so you can track your package online.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, soin-et-nature.com will fulfill orders within a maximum of 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In the event of a stock shortage, the order will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days from the day following the day on which the “user” placed the order. soin-et-nature.com is released from its delivery obligation in all cases of force majeure (strikes, floods, fires, etc.).
If Products are available for delivery on different dates due to availability, the delivery time is based on the longest lead time, provided the “user” has confirmed the order after being notified by email.
The user agrees to provide, when placing the order, an address where delivery can be made during business hours.
The shipping cost is displayed during the ordering process before the user finalizes the order.
For perishable products, Pharmacie de Mailloles shall no longer be liable for their freshness as of the first delivery attempt by the postal service (or carrier).

The tracking status for orders shipped via COLISSIMO (delivered without a signature) is considered final. In such cases, no claims or compensation will be accepted for a package marked as delivered on the Colissimo website. In the event of any discrepancy with the postal service’s (Colissimo) tracking information, the buyer must contact their local post office to file a claim.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may consist of a fixed portion and a variable portion based on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be required to pay shipping fees for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk; special care is taken with packages containing fragile items. Packages are oversized and well-protected.

Additional shipping fees apply to certain non-standard products (heavy or bulky), such as Novalac and Gallia infant formula, for example.

Liability

Soin-et-nature.com is in no way liable for acts of vandalism or theft from the customer’s mailbox. If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not found by the customer, and the carrier’s investigation confirms that the package was indeed delivered without error, Soin-et-nature.com is not required to reship the package at its own expense.

Delivery (excerpt from the Terms and Conditions)

Article 16: Delivery

The USER may choose to have the order delivered either to their home or to another address of their choice, as specified during the ordering process.
Delivery charges are specified in Article 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
The specified delivery deadline applies only if the order is paid for immediately by credit card.
If payment is made by check or bank transfer, the delivery deadline will be extended by the time required to receive and clear the transfer or check.

Article 17: Receipt

Upon receipt, it is the USER’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise and, if necessary, note any reservations on the delivery slip.

Unless reservations are noted on the delivery slip, the PRODUCTS are presumed to be in compliance and free from apparent defects.

Reminder regarding the scope of the VAT exemption on exports.

Any order placed on the website and delivered outside of France may be subject to applicable taxes and customs duties, which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. Any such customs duties and taxes associated with the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the user. The seller is not required to verify or provide information regarding applicable customs duties and taxes. To determine these, we advise the user to contact the relevant authorities in their country.

The export territories are as follows:

- countries that are not members of the European Union,
- territories of a Member State located outside the scope of Directive 77/388/EEC, as amended, or the Channel Islands,
- overseas departments: Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion,
- the overseas territories and local authorities of Mayotte and Saint-Pierre and Miquelon.

In the other Member States of the European Union, the following territories are considered export territories, on the same footing as third countries, pursuant to Article 256-0-1° of the General Tax Code (CGI):
