Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy
Once equipped with your toothbrush, it is still necessary to make the right gestures. The French Oral Health Union recommends brushing in 4 points from 9 years old.
- First brush the top and bottom of the jaw separately.
- Perform rotational roll movements to brush teeth and gums;
- While tilting the toothbrush at 45 °.
- Finally follow a precise route to forget no corner of the mouth and no teeth!
Do not forget to replace your toothbrush every three months because the bristles wear out. It is important to rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and place it upright to dry. If several toothbrushes are stored together, make sure that they are not in contact with each other to avoid contamination.
