How to take this slimming supplement

Shake the ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, without affecting its quality.
Tap each end of the ampoule to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the first end out of the glass, then turn the ampoule upside down and break the second end out of the glass. Drain into half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
