What is Pramocaine 1% Biogaran OTC Hemorrhoid Relief 30 g used for?

Do you suffer frompainful hemorrhoids, anal itching, or an acute hemorrhoid flare-up that interferes with your daily life? Biogaran Conseil Pramocaine 1% gel has been specially formulated to quickly and effectively relieve discomfort associated with anal conditions. Thanks to its targeted local action, it helps soothe pain, burning, and irritation while reducing the sensation of discomfort.

Its main active ingredient, pramocaine hydrochloride, is a local anesthetic known for its analgesic properties. It acts directly on the skin’s nerve endings, blocking the transmission of pain signals. This rapid mechanism provides immediate relief and helps you better manage hemorrhoid flare-ups without the need for oral medication.

When applied rectally as a gel, this product allows for precise, hygienic, and non-invasive application, minimizing friction and mechanical irritation. The gel texture facilitates penetration while leaving a protective film that provides long-lasting soothing relief to the inflamed mucosa.

The corticosteroid-free formulation is particularly suitable for occasional use in adults, without causing systemic side effects, even in cases of sensitized mucosa. It preserves the local balance while providing an immediate cooling sensation, which improves daily comfort.

This topical treatment is recommended for common anal conditions, particularly flare-ups of internal or external hemorrhoids, as well as for mild anal fissures accompanied by itching. It can be used alone or in combination with other appropriate treatments for a comprehensive soothing effect.

In conclusion, whether you’re dealing with painful inflammation, recurring tingling, persistent anal discomfort, or increased sensitivity, this rectal anesthetic gel is a simple, topical, and effective solution to provide relief without a prescription. It delivers on the promise of rapid relief, without major side effects, and is designed for easy, everyday use.

We also offer Daflon 1000 mg for hemorrhoid flare-ups (18 tablets) at the best price in our online pharmacy.

Expert Advice and Reviews

Hemorrhoids are a common condition, particularly in cases of chronic constipation, prolonged sedentary lifestyles, pregnancy, or an unbalanced diet. To enhance the effectiveness of Pramocaine 1% gel, it’s important to adopt a few healthy lifestyle habits at the same time.

Be sure to drink enough water—ideally between 1.5 and 2 liters per day—to help soften stools and thus reduce the need to strain during bowel movements. A high-fiber diet—including fruits, vegetables, and whole grains—also helps improve bowel movements and prevent episodes of constipation, which are often the cause of hemorrhoid flare-ups.

It is recommended to avoid certain irritating foods such as spicy dishes, alcohol, and caffeinated beverages, which can exacerbate inflammation in the anal area. At the same time, physical activity plays an essential role. Regular exercise, even gentle activities like walking or yoga, helps boost venous circulation and reduce hemorrhoidal congestion.

During an acute flare-up, a lukewarm sitz bath can provide additional and immediate relief in addition to the gel’s effects. This simple measure helps relax the perineal area and reduce the burning or tingling sensation.

If, despite these measures, symptoms persist, become more frequent, or worsen, it is essential to consult a healthcare professional. Alongside topical treatment, herbal medicine can offer valuable natural support. Cypress, witch hazel, and horse chestnut are known for their venotonic and soothing properties. However, their use must be part of a supervised approach tailored to each individual case.
