In cases of chronic conditions, this treatment may be combined with L28 LEHNING oral drops, a homeopathic treatment for venous circulation disorders (varicose veins, varicose ulcers, hemorrhoids).

This over-the-counter medication is an anti-hemorrhoidal treatment.

Hemorrhoids are excessive and permanent dilations of the veins in the anus. These dilations may sometimes protrudeoutside the anus. Hemorrhoidsare accompanied by painful episodes, itching, and minor bleeding; this medication is intended to alleviate these symptoms.

You should consult your doctor if you do not notice any improvement after a few days, especially if the symptoms worsen or recur. This treatment does not exempt you from following appropriatehygiene and dietarymeasures. Always inform your doctor and pharmacist of any medications you are currently taking before they write a prescription or dispense a medication.

In many cases,hemorrhoidsare related toconstipation. To restore regular bowel movements, dietary measures should be adopted first. If this is not enough, treating constipation with a laxative may help.
Laxatives are medications (natural or otherwise) that soften stools and increase their volume, thereby speeding up bowel movements and relieving constipation. Forhemorrhoids, it is recommended to use osmotic laxatives (such asmacrogol).

Health Education Council:

What is hemorrhoids and the hemorrhoidal crisis?

Hemorrhoids are veins located in the anal area (anus, rectum, and tissue surrounding them). They are normal, painless anatomical structures that only look pathological when they progress to hemorrhoidal disease.

Problems arise when a hemorrhoidal crisis occurs, caused by abnormal dilatation of these veins.

These dilated hemorrhoids can then be externalized to form a kind of "ball" in the anus. This hemorrhoidal crisis results in more or less discomfort. Itching, irritation, and small bleeding during or after stool (found on toilet paper or undergarments) are the trio of usual symptoms of hemorrhoids. Generally, the haemorrhoidal crisis is not serious and should be reduced in a few days.

Warning :

If the symptoms persist, it is necessary to consult. Pain and bleeding can be signs of complications or even more serious illness that only your doctor will be able to diagnose and treat.

To avoid :

In general, any excessive pressure exerted on the haemorrhoidal veins can cause congestion. Therefore, avoid:

· intestinal transit disorders: constipation leads to repeated thrusting efforts; diarrhea or the taking of irritating laxatives causes irritation of the mucous membranes;

· foods that can promote congestion of veins hemorrhoids and therefore the onset of the crisis: alcohol, spices.

Haemorrhoids are varicose veins in the mucosa of the anus and rectum. A distinction is made between internal haemorrhoids, visible by anoscopy, and external haemorrhoids, which protrude from the edge of the anus. The oldest medicinal plants in the vegetable kingdom are, as Darwin said , a veritable "living fossil". Ginkgo is part of a plant group that developed in the Carboniferous, during the heyday of giant horsetails, 200 to 250 million years ago. Among other things, this tree has the advantage of being able to age for millennia . If we generally agree that 4000 years is a respectable age for a…
