What is Targedys Phyliabiome Stress Management 42 Capsules used for?

Targedys Phyliabiome Stress Management 42 Capsules is a food supplement composed of bacterial strains L. gasseri LG6410 , L. salivarius LS7892 and Rhodiola which contribute to good stress management.

The lactic fermenting strains L. gasseri LG6410 and L. salivarius LS789 are strains studied in the Targedys laboratory. In addition, to optimize its formulation, PhyliaBiome® is packaged in gastro-resistant capsules.

Rhodiola is a plant that grows in the cold mountains of Europe and Asia. In fact, its roots are considered adaptogens , meaning they help the body adapt to stress when consumed.

Then Rhodiola is also known as arctic root or golden root. Incidentally, its scientific name is Rhodiola rosea .

For centuries, people in Russia and Scandinavian countries have used rhodiola to treat the following problems:

  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Great Depression

Today, it is widely used as a dietary supplement for its many health benefits.

What is the composition?
