What is Arkopharma Essential Oil N°31 Tea Tree Bio used for?

Arkopharma Essential Oil N°31 Tea Tree Bio 10ml has major anti-infectious, antibacterial (against Gram+ Staphylococcus aureus, Gram- Colibacillinum, Proteus, Klebsiella, Enterococcus), antifungal (against Candida), antiviral and antiparasitic properties. It is also anti-inflammatory and immunostimulant . It is an anti-psoriatic plant with anti-inflammatory activity (terpinene-4-ol) and anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, with lysis and loss of membrane integrity of Staphylococcus aureus, manifested by leakage of ions and inhibition of respiration.

It is active in a variety of dermatological conditions (skin and mucous membranes), such asacne vulgaris, seborrheic dermatitis and chronic gingivitis. It accelerates healing and has an anti-cancer effect on the skin. It also eliminates pathogenic skin flora while maintaining resident flora. This E.O. is antiasthenic, tonicardiac, phlebotonic, venous decongestant, neurotonic and analgesic.

It is also radioprotective (like other Melaleucas). Manuka has a spasmolytic action, while Manuka and Melaleuca alternifolia have a spasmogenic action on the diaphragm and uterus in vitro (which justifies contraindication during pregnancy).

  • Genital infections, urethritis and prostatitis, vulvovaginitis, chronic candidiasis
  • Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections, but clinical studies are still lacking
  • Hemorrhoids, varicose veins
  • Asthenia, nervous breakdown
  • Preventive treatment for radiation burns
  • Acne vulgaris
  • Athlete's foot (interdigital mycosis caused by dermatophytes)

Arkopharma essential oil N°31 Tea Tree Bio has major anti-infectious properties, in particular antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and antiparasitic action. It is effective against various pathogenic micro-organisms, including Gram-positive germs such as Staphylococcus aureus, as well as Gram-negative germs such as Colibacillinum, Proteus and Klebsiella. It also has antifungal, antiviral and antiparasitic activity against Candida, making it an effective remedy for skin, ENT, genital and gastrointestinal infections.

Tea Tree essential oil is also recognized for its anti-inflammatory action, thanks in particular to the presence of terpinene-4-ol. This property makes it an invaluable ally in the treatment of dermatological conditions such as acne vulgaris, seborrheic dermatitis and chronic gingivitis. It also accelerates healing of wounds and skin lesions, while preserving skin integrity and eliminating pathogenic flora.

How to use this essential oil

Tea Tree essential oil can be used from the age of 12, on a neutral base (tablets, honey, sugar, etc.).
Adults: 2 drops, 3 times a day.
Adolescent (12-15 years): 2 drops, 2 times a day.

Precautions for use

  • No known contraindications, safe to use, non-genotoxic.
  • Risk of allergies, beware of a history of contact dermatitis.
  • Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
