How do I use this Nose Cleanser?

Blow your nose if necessary.

Remove the protective cap from the spray.

A- For children who can't use the product themselves: lay the child on his or her back with the head tilted to one side, so that the liquid runs off more easily.

B- For children and adults who can use the product themselves: Tilt the head to one side so that it is as horizontal as possible, over a bowl.
