What is the Syntholkine Self-Heating Patch for Muscle Pain used for?

The Syntholkiné heating patch has been specially formulated to effectively relieve various types of muscle pain. This patch is particularly recommended for cramps, soreness, or muscle spasms.

Through thermotherapy, the Syntholkiné heating patch soothes localized pain in the back, neck, and shoulders by delivering targeted heat to the painful area, thereby helping to relax muscle fibers. This action provides a pleasant sensation of relaxation and well-being. Enriched with heat-generating agents such as iron and activated charcoal, the patch naturally produces heat when exposed to air.

Designed to offer maximum comfort and flexibility, this discreet, odorless patch conforms perfectly to the body’s curves, ensuring optimal relief even while moving. It provides continuous heat for 8 consecutive hours without the use of medicinal ingredients. By using the Syntholkiné heating patch, you’ll benefit from an innovative and natural solution to soothe your muscle pain while enjoying a comfortable and discreet experience.

The heat helps increase blood flow, improve the delivery of oxygen and essential nutrients, and facilitate the elimination of toxins. This therapeutic heat is released continuously to relieve cramps, relax
your tense muscles and soothe your aches and pains, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
The patches emit heat only; no substances enter your body.

  • Fast-acting: the patch begins to warm up after just a few minutes
  • Long-lasting relief: up to 8 hours of gentle, constant therapeutic heat

Comfortable and flexible, SYNTHOLKINÉ heating patches are designed to perfectly conform to your body’s contours and follow your movements. Discreet and odorless, you’ll feel relief while staying active.

We also offer the Therm-Cool&Hot Large Gel Pack (17 x 26 cm) at the best price in our online pharmacy.

The main types of muscle pain

Muscle painoccurs in many situations: cramps, soreness, strains, muscle spasms, muscle tears, lumbago, and stiff neck.

  • A cramp is a sudden, intense, and temporary muscle pain. A cramp causes functional impairment: the affected muscle or muscle group can no longer function normally or perform its role.
  • Sore muscles are common after intense and unusual physical exertion. They typically appear within 2 days of the exertion.

These muscle pains are not serious and resolve on their own within a week at most: treating muscle soreness is relatively easy.

  • Musclestrainsare sudden overstretching of the muscle that causes severe, immediate pain. They can occur during violent exertion, after a blow, or when the muscle is cold. The pain is localized and intense at first but may become diffuse later on; the pain is imperceptible at rest. To treat a muscle strain, rest is essential: the duration varies depending on the severity of the strain.
  • Muscle spasmscan lead to a tear when, despite the pain, the muscle continues to be strained. To treat a muscle spasm, stopping the activity and resting are essential.

Product Description

Syntholkine Self-Heating Patch for Muscle Pain is available in two sizes: a box of 2 or 4 heating patches.

How Can You Prevent Muscle Pain?

To prevent muscle pain naturally, it’s essential to adopt healthy habits and take care of your body. Here are a few tips to avoid these discomforts:

  1. Warm-up and stretching: Before starting any physical activity, it’s crucial to warm up properly to prepare your muscles and joints for exercise. Stretching after exercise helps relax the muscles and reduce pain.
  2. Hydration: Drinking enough water throughout the day is crucial for keeping your muscles healthy and promoting recovery.
  3. Balanced diet: A diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein is essential for ensuring proper muscle function and preventing soreness.
  4. Rest: Allowing your body time to rest and recover is essential for preventing muscle soreness. It’s recommended to get enough sleep and take rest days between workouts.
  5. Posture: Maintaining good posture throughout the day—whether sitting, standing, or walking—can help prevent muscle pain caused by poor posture.
  6. Massages: Getting regular massages or using a massage roller can help relax muscles and prevent pain.
  7. Stress management: Learning to manage stress is also beneficial for preventing muscle tension. Practicing meditation, yoga, or deep breathing can help reduce stress.
