Our advices

Unlike cold, heat has a relaxing effect that induces muscle relaxation and promotes tissue elasticity. This effect is related to vasodilation which improves blood circulation. Heat, the second painkiller ally, is used more in the event of contractures and tissue tensions.

You can also stretch and massage yourself .
Warm your hands by rubbing them together or running them under hot water. You can coat them with Nigella oil known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Then, gently massage the painful joints to give them back as much mobility as possible.
