PHYTOSUN AROMS ESSENTIAL OIL OF GAULTHERIA 10ML Gaultheria procumbens

GAULTHERIE Essential Oil is indicated to relieve muscle pain, due to osteoarthritis and period pain.

What is Phytosun Aroms Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil used for?

Wintergreen essential oil has analgesic, vulnerary and anti-inflammatory properties. It is antirheumatic, antibacterial and antioxidant. It is an antispasmodic and antitussive essential oil.

GAULTHERIA Essential Oil contains a high level of methyl salicylate, giving it powerful analgesic properties for muscular pain, cystitis and premenstrual syndrome, as well as anti-inflammatory properties to reduce the pain of tendonitis, osteoarthritis and arthritis.

We recommend wintergreen essential oil in the following cases:

  • Tendonitis, arthritis, rheumatism, osteoarthritis
  • Muscle cramps and contractures
  • All muscle and joint pain conditions
  • Liver sluggishness

Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) is the molecule synthesized from methyl salicylate, 99% of which is present in wintergreen essential oil. GAULTHERIA Essential Oil is an excellent painkiller. Organic Wintergreen essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the leaves of Gaultheria procumbens. This plant belongs to the Ericaceae family and is also known as Canada Tea or Wintergreen. Gaultheria essential oil is mainly composed of methyl salicylate, a compound with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties similar to those of aspirin. It also contains other beneficial compounds, such as limonene and 1,8 cineole.

Organic Wintergreen essential oil has a number of pharmacological properties that are beneficial to health:

Thanks to its high methyl salicylate content, Wintergreen essential oil has powerful analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is effective for relieving muscle and joint pain, as well as pain associated with inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and tendonitis. It works by reducing inflammation and blocking the transmission of pain signals in the nerves, providing fast, effective relief.

In addition to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, Wintergreen essential oil also has muscle-relaxing properties. It helps relax tense and contracted muscles, promoting recovery after intense physical effort or muscle cramps. Its relaxing action makes it an ideal choice for therapeutic massages designed to relieve muscular tension.

Wintergreen essential oil also has antiseptic properties, meaning it helps prevent skin infections. It can be used to clean minor wounds and skin abrasions, while promoting healing. Its antiseptic action makes it a safe choice for skin hygiene, especially for cuts and abrasions.

The aromatherapy laboratory Phytosun Aroms also offersLaurier Noble essential oil at the best price in our online pharmacy.
