How to properly use KAYA Adaptogenic Power Tea 50 g?

Finding the right CBD dosage:

Start with 0.5 mg of CBD / Kg per day. (Small trick: just divide your weight by 2).
The ideal is to divide this daily dose by 3, to be taken morning, noon and evening. Thus CBD acts continuously on the endocannabinoid system.
keep this routine 3 times a day, for at least 15 days. If after 5 days you do not see any improvement, double the daily dose.
In case of crisis (anxiety, insomnia, pain): take an additional dose.

Create your routine:

You can take a single Kaya product 3 times a day, or combine several products morning, noon and evening, for even more effectiveness. What matters is regularity.

Include this product in your routine:

Infuse 1 teaspoon for 7 to 10 minutes in hot water. For maximum effectiveness we recommend adding milk or vegetable oil for better absorption of cannabinoids by the body.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. This product can be stored for 6 months after opening.
