Use as an oil bath before shampooing. Shake bottle before use. Apply Cytolcap Oil to damp hair. Massage thoroughly into hair and scalp. Wrap hair in a warm towel and leave on for 15-20 minutes (several hours for frizzy or very damaged hair).
