Since 1935, our history has been rooted in the difficult postwar period, when pharmacists in Lorraine came together and decided to create a pharmaceutical cooperative to ensure access to healthcare for everyone, even in the most remote regions. In 1968, these same pharmacists founded Marque Verte to affirm their commitment and legitimacy. Thus, the Marque Verte brand became exclusive to pharmacies, a guarantee of pharmaceutical quality.
Today, this cooperative has 3,600 members and 1,800 employees spread across France and Belgium… Men and women who remain committed to the independence of pharmacists and who make them the primary healthcare coordinators in everyday life.
