How do you use these saline solution single-dose vials?

Check that the sachet is intact. Do not use if it is damaged. Open the bottle by twisting the top off.

For the nose: 

To clear your nose, insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril, tilt your head to the side, and gently squeeze the bottle. Then blow your nose or use a nasal aspirator. Repeat the same process for the other nostril.

For the eyes:

Apply a few drops of saline solution to the eye, then wipe away with a compress.
