Dilute in a vegetable oil to massage the chest, spine, upper back, and soles of the feet. Dilute in a neutral carrier to add to bathwater. Or take internally after consulting a healthcare professional.
  • Arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, lumbago, muscle stiffness, sciatica: Dilutein a vegetable oil and massage the painful area.
