Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy
Why do you say that Jojoba vegetable oil is non-greasy ? Yet it is a vegetable oil, a fat, composed of more than 60% of non-fatty acids? Yes. But jojoba oil is said to be non-greasy thanks to its biochemical composition quite similar to that of human sebum (the size of fatty acids anyway). This feature makes it very easily absorbable by the epidermis. It penetrates easily and does not grease the outside of the skin (charming formulation is not it?). The pores of the latter remain open and keep their valuable features. Jojoba vegetable oil is therefore said to be non-occlusive and non-comedogenic.
The combination of the 2 properties mentioned above, emollient and non-greasy , make Jojoba oil the ideal candidate for a deep cleansing of the epidermis: by applying it regularly, you will unclog the pores of your skin from all this which can obstruct them, especially the surplus of sebum.
