What is Pranarom Atlas Cedar Essential Oil 10 ml used for?

The Atlas cedar is native to North Africa. In ancient times, it also grew wild in Europe. It tolerates cold very well, and its growth habit is more upright and slender than that of the Lebanese cedar. Its needles are bluish; its branches are ascending and shorter than those of other cedars; its bark is light gray and cracks as it ages; its cones are 6 cm long, with a small indentation in the center.

Atlas cedaressential oil has lymphatic-stimulating and diuretic properties. It promotes healing, is astringent, acts as a scalp tonic, and has antifungal properties. Atlas cedar essential oil promotes blood circulation andhelps reduce cellulite. It also repels mosquitoes and moths (hence the use of cedar wood in closets) and acts as a relaxant when inhaled. Pranarôm Organic Atlas Cedar Essential Oil 10 ml, chemotyped (H.E.C.T.), is botanically certified as 100% natural. Its subtle, woody scent invites meditation. The aroma it emits is persistent, dry, woody, and mild.

  • Lymphotonic and Diuretic Properties: The lymphotonic action of Atlas Cedar essential oil promotes lymphatic circulation, thereby helping to eliminate toxins from the body. In addition, its diuretic properties help stimulate the elimination of waste through the kidneys, thereby aiding in the decongestion of tissues and the purification of the body.
  • Healing and Astringent: Thanks to its healing and astringent properties, this essential oil is particularly effective at promoting the regeneration of damaged skin tissue and tightening the skin’s pores. It is therefore recommended for soothing skin irritations and promoting the healing of minor wounds.
  • Scalp Tonic: When applied to thescalp, Atlas Cedar essential oil acts as a tonic, stimulating blood circulation and promoting hair growth. It is particularly valued for its toning and revitalizing properties, which help strengthen hair roots and improve the hair’s overall appearance.
  • Antifungal: Thanks to its active compounds, this essential oil possesses powerful antifungal properties, making it an effective natural remedy for combating fungal skin infections, such as athlete’s foot or nail fungus.
  • Promotes Blood Circulation and Reduces Cellulite: When used in massage, Atlas cedar essential oil can help improve blood circulation, thereby promoting the elimination of toxins and fat accumulated in the tissues. This action helps reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve skin texture.
  • Mosquito and Moth Repellent: Its distinctive scent acts as a natural repellent against mosquitoes and moths, making it an ideal choice for scenting closets and protecting clothing from insect damage.
  • Relaxing: The woody, soothing scent of Atlas Cedar essential oil makes it an ideal choice for promoting relaxation and calm. When diffused into the air, it creates a warm and soothing atmosphere conducive to meditation and relaxation.
