Each dose of 2 capsules provides 12 billion bacteria, or 24 billion for 4 capsules. The formula combines Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium bifidum. These different strains provide a diverse range of microorganisms naturally associated with the gut microbiota.
The strains were specifically selected for their ability to withstand the conditions found in the digestive system. According to the manufacturer’s data, their resistance togastric acidity and their adhesion properties were evaluated in vitro on the finished product by an independent laboratory.
