Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the first end off the glass to avoid any debris.
Turn the ampoule upside down over the glass and break off the second end, again with a paper towel. Allow the liquid to drain off, then add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
