Sedivitax Tisane Aboca comes from a combination of plants traditionally used to improve sleep , especially in times of stress. Indeed this food supplement formulated in the form of herbal tea promotes sleep, Aboca Sedivitax is formulated with 3 plant extracts, passionflower rich in vitexin, chamomile and lemon balm "useful for reducing tension, restlessness and 'irritability". You can therefore even consume it during the day to promote relaxation.

The active ingredients of Aboca herbal tea are obtained by an innovative extraction process developed by Aboca research.

How to properly use this Supplement intended for Relaxation?

Take 1 cup of Sedivitax herbal tea in the evening to promote sleep and/or in case of stress. You can take a cup in the morning to promote relaxation throughout the day.
Pour 200 ml of boiled water into a cup with 1 sachet, making sure to cover the container to prevent the dispersion of more volatile substances. Leave to infuse for 7 minutes.
