How to take this supplement for light legs?

Shake the ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear without altering its quality.
Tap each end of the ampoule to weaken it, then, using a paper towel, break the first end off the glass to prevent any debris from falling out.
Turn the ampoule upside down, place the first end on top of the glass and break the second out of the glass. Let the liquid drain, then add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
Take 1 ampoule a day, in the morning with breakfast. From age 15.
