MAGNEVie B6 MAGNESIUM 60 Tablets SANOFI
- Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine is a non-caloric organic substance, essential for our metabolism and not produced by our body. It is soluble in water (water-soluble) and therefore is rapidly eliminated in the urine. Daily consumption of these water-soluble vitamins is therefore necessary to maintain the amount necessary for the proper functioning of the body. It comes in three different chemical forms with the same activities: pyridoxine, pyridoxamine and pyridoxal.
- Magnesium plays an important role in protein synthesis, transmission of nerve impulses, muscle contraction. It also has a sort of regulatory effect on intestinal transit, but since it acts as a catalyst in a large number of enzymatic reactions, it acts in a way in all directions. There is magnesium in all cells. Those of the nervous system, muscles and heart are very sensitive to variations in the level of magnesium.
