Take ampoules :
Keep the contents of the ampoule under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.
The perlingual route is the usual form of use. Keeping the pure liquid or tablet under the tongue for around two to three minutes enables catalytic ions to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Contact with acidic digestive juices would lead to some degradation of the trace elements.
For young children, simply pour it onto a sugar cube, in a plastic spoon to avoid contact with any other metal likely to alter the trace elements.

1. WHAT IS MANGANESE-COBALT OLIGOSOL, drinkable solution in ampoule AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
Pharmacotherapeutic class: OLIGOTHERAPY (V: miscellaneous).
This drug is used in adults as a ground modifier, particularly during states of neurovegetative dystonia.
2. WHAT DO I HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING MANGANESE-COBALT OLIGOSOL, oral solution in ampoule?
Never take MANGANESE-COBALT OLIGOSOL, solution for drinking in phials:
- If you are allergic to manganese gluconate, cobalt gluconate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, as listed in section 6.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking MANGANESE-COBALT OLIGOSOL, solution for drinking in phials.
This medicine is not recommended for patients with glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome.

3. HOW SHOULD MANGANESE-COBALT OLIGOSOL be taken?
FOR ADULTS ONLY.
1 to 2 phials per day.
To be taken orally.
Sublingual administration is recommended.
Ampoules should be taken :
- preferably in the morning on an empty stomach,
- 15 minutes before a meal or in the evening at bedtime.
Keep the contents of the ampoule under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiration date indicated on the packaging after EXP. The expiration date refers to the last day of that month.
Store at temperatures below 25°C.
Do not dispose of any medicine down the drain or in the household waste. Ask your pharmacist to identify any medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.
