Sublingual administration is the standard method of use. Holding the liquid or tablet under the tongue for about two to three minutes allows for direct absorption of the catalytic ions into the bloodstream. Contact with acidic digestive juices may cause some degradation of the trace minerals.

Pharmacotherapeutic class: OLIGOTHERAPY (V: Miscellaneous).
This drug is used in adults as a ground modifier, particularly in asthenic conditions.
2. WHAT DO I HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE taking MANGANÈSE-CUIVRE-COBALT OLIGOSOL, oral solution in ampoule?
Never take MANGANÈSE-CUIVRE-COBALT OLIGOSOL, solution for drinking in phials:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, cobalt gluconate or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine, as listed in section 6.

FOR ADULTS ONLY.
The recommended dose is 1 to 2 ampoules per day.
Oral administration.
Sublingual administration is recommended: keep the contents of the ampoule under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.
Ampoules should be taken :
- preferably in the morning on an empty stomach,
- 15 minutes before a meal or in the evening at bedtime.
