Follow the Beauty Bio program by referring to the names of the bulbs. For the first 10 days, take 1 "Artichoke - Fumeterre - Organic Milk Thistle" ampoule per day, preferably in the morning, pure or diluted in half a glass of water. For the next 10 days, take 1 "Burdock - Dandelion - Wild Pansy - Organic Carrot" vial per day, pure or diluted in half a glass of water. For the last 10 days of the Super Diet Beauty Protocol, take 1 "Ortie Bio" vial per day, pure or diluted in half a glass of water.
Shake the ampoule well before use. Break off one end, then pour the contents into a glass, breaking off the other end.
