What is Valeflor Nervosité et Troubles du Sommeil by Weleda used for?

Valeflor Nervosité et Troubles du Sommeil is a homeopathic medicine developed by Weleda, a renowned company in the field of natural health products. It is specially formulated to help manage mild nervous tension and minor sleep disorders. Suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over, it comes in granule form, making it easy to administer and dose.

Valeflor is a complex of homeopathic ingredients carefully selected for their sedative and soothing properties. The homeopathic components act synergistically to reduce agitation, stress and minor anxiety, facilitating better sleep. The exact formulation includes several traditional remedies known for their beneficial effects on the nervous system and sleep. Valflor by Weleda contains :

  • Valeriana officinalis (Valerian): Known for its calming properties, valerian has been used for centuries to treat insomnia and anxiety. It helps reduce agitation and promotes restful sleep.
  • Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower): Passionflower is used for its anxiolytic and sedative effects. It is particularly effective in treating sleep disorders caused by anxiety and stress.
  • Coffea cruda (Coffee): In low doses, this homeopathic preparation of coffee is used to treat insomnia caused by mental overexcitement. It helps to calm the mind and promote sleep.
  • Avena sativa (Oats): Used for its nutritive and soothing properties on the nervous system, oats help reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality.
  • Ignatia amara (Ignatia): This remedy is commonly used to treat emotional and nervous disorders, including stress and anxiety, often responsible for sleep disorders.

Valeflor Nervosité et Troubles du Sommeil is traditionally used for the following indications:

  • Mild nervous tension: stress, minor anxiety, agitation.
  • Minor sleep disorders: difficulty falling asleep, night-time awakenings, mild insomnia.

Homeopathy stands out for its gentle, natural approach. The advantages of using Valeflor Nervosité et Troubles du Sommeil include :

  • Safety: Natural ingredients and low concentrations of active substances make the granules safe for prolonged use.
  • Non-dependence: Unlike some sedatives and anxiolytics, Valeflor does not cause dependence or excessive drowsiness.
  • Adaptability: Valeflor can be used by a wide range of patients, including children aged 6 and over and the elderly.

Valeflor Nervosité et Troubles du Sommeil by Weleda is an ideal choice for those seeking a natural, gentle solution to manage stress, mild anxiety and minor sleep disorders. Thanks to its homeopathic formulation, it offers a safe and effective alternative to traditional medicines, without the risk of dependency or serious side effects.
