Boiron Baudry PASTA COUGH CHEST 70G
This medicine is a complex (association) of homeopathic remedies.
It is used in case of dry cough.
Coughing is a natural body mechanism used to purify the airways of inhaled impurities. It is usually due to irritation which can be found throughout the respiratory tree: the trachea, the bronchi.
In bronchitis, the cough is usually first "dry" and then becomes oily within a few days. But during a winter respiratory condition, the cough can be "mixed": sometimes dry, sometimes oily, depending on the time. After such a viral episode, the cough continues for 3 to 8 weeks while the disease is cured, because the mucosa of the respiratory tree has been weakened: it is called "post-infectious" and "sub-acute".
Adjuvant to the treatment of cough.
For adults and children from 6 years old.

At homeopathic dilutions, the substances in this medicine are not known to be toxic during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Directions for use and dosage
The pasta should be sucked slowly.
Usual dosage:
10 to 20 pasta per day.
Advice
Cigarettes are irritating to the bronchial tubes and maintain coughs: avoid smoking or being exposed to the smoke of others.
Simple measures to calm dry coughs: hot drinks and humidification of the ambient air.

1. WHAT IS PATES BAUDRY, sucking paste AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
Pharmacotherapeutic class: homeopathic medicine
Homeopathic medicine traditionally used in the symptomatic treatment of coughs.
2. WHAT DO I HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING PATES BAUDRY, pâte à sucer?
Never take PATES BAUDRY, pâte à sucer:
- Children under 6 years of age.
- If you are allergic to the active substances or to any of the other components of this medicine, as mentioned in section 6.
Warnings and precautions
- This medicine contains 68 mg sorbitol per paste. Sorbitol is a source of fructose. If your doctor has informed you that you (or your child) have an intolerance to certain sugars, or if you have been diagnosed with hereditary fructose intolerance (HFI), a rare genetic disorder characterized by the inability to break down fructose, talk to your doctor before you (or your child) take or receive this medicine.
- This medicine contains 3.7 mg propylene glycol per paste.
- This medicine contains glucose and sucrose. If your doctor has informed you that you (or your child) have an intolerance to certain sugars, please tell your doctor before you (or your child) take or receive this medicine.
- This medicine contains an azoic coloring agent (E124) and may cause allergic reactions.

3. HOW DO I TAKE PATES BAUDRY?
For adults and children aged 6 and over.
Dosage
Adults: 6 to 12 sucking pastes, maximum, per day.
Children aged 6 and over: max. 6 sucking pastes per day.
Space out doses according to improvement.
Method of administration
Oral route.
Duration of treatment
Treatment duration should not exceed one week.
If there is no improvement after 3 days, consult a doctor.
If you have taken more PATES BAUDRY, pâte à sucer than you should have
Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
If you forget to take PATES BAUDRY, pâte à sucer
Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you forgot to take.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiration date indicated on the packaging. The expiration date refers to the last day of the month.
Do not dispose of any medicine down the drain or in the household waste. Ask your pharmacist to identify any medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.
