How to use this clay

• Plaster: Apply the clay directly to the skin, 1 to 2 cm thick, and leave on for 1 to 2 hours.
• Cataplasm: Apply clay 2 cm thick in the center of a cloth, fold over the 4 corners and apply directly to the desired area.

In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and rinse with lukewarm water. Do not allow clay to dry.

Mask: apply a thick layer, leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Dry skin. Apply Argiletz moisturizing cream*.
