This bushy shrub, widespread in mountainous regions, moors and clearings throughout the northern hemisphere, has very narrow leaves ending in a sharp point. The berries are globular, first green then bluish black and covered with wax when ripe.

Properties of Organic Juniper Essential Oil

Juniper essential oil has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties topically. It is anti-putrid of the intestine in colitis (intestine - urinary tract relationship), antioxidant and anti-hypercholesterolemic (potentialities in the prevention of atherosclerosis).

Indications of organic essential oil of juniper

Juniper essential oil is used in the following therapeutic indications:

- Neuralgia and rheumatic pain

- Neuritis, sciatica, arthritis

Tips for using organic juniper essential oil

Anti-inflammatory and muscle analgesic action of the sciatica type ; dilute 10% juniper essential oil in arnica vegetable oil. Apply to the affected area by massage.

Juniper EO can be used to fight against excess uric acid.
Excess uric acid : 1 drop of Juniper + 1 drop of Dill herb + 1 drop of Lemon grass, use 2 drops of this mixture on a neutral tablet 3 times a day for 7 days.

Possible use: Pain due to humidity (adults)
3 drops of Juniper + 1 drop of Cloves + 1 drop of Lavender aspic + 10 drops of Jojoba Vegetable Oil, 1 drop of this mixture in local application, to renew according to the symptoms.

Other possible use: Scalp tonic (adults)
2 drops of Juniper + 1 drop of Rosemary 1.8 + 1 drop of Ginger + 10 drops of Argan Vegetable Oil, 2 to 5 drops of this mixture by gently rubbing the scalp 1 hour before shampooing.

Precautions for use of ORGANIC essential oil of juniper

- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women

- Not recommended for heavy periods

- Not recommended in cases of renal failure

- BE CAREFUL of the risk of albuminuria in prolonged treatment

- Do not take in prolonged treatment
