1. WHAT IS STREPSILS HONEY LEMON, lozenge to suck AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?

This medicine contains two local antiseptics (amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol).
This medicine is indicated in adults and children over 6 years in case of sore throat and without fever.
You should talk to your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 3 days.
2. BEFORE YOU USE STREPSILS HONEY LEMON, lozenge to suck?
Do not take STREPSILS HONEY LEMON, lozenge to suck:
· if you are allergic to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine, listed in section 6.
· in a child under 6 years old
If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.
Warnings and precautions
Prolonged use (more than 5 days) of this drug is undesirable as it may alter the natural microbial balance of the mouth and throat.
Due to the presence of glucose and sucrose, these medicinal products should not be used in case of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare metabolic diseases).
Sore throat
In the event of fever, purulent sputum (sputum), discomfort with food swallowing, as well as if worsening or lack of improvement after 3 days: CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN.
Canker sores, small sores of the mouth:
In case of extensive lesions, extensions of the lesions, appearance of fever: CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR OR YOUR PHARMACIST .

This medicine contains 2 local antiseptics (amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol).
Other medicines contain: do not combine them, so as not to exceed the recommended maximum doses (see dosage and method of administration).

3. HOW TO USE STREPSILS HONEY LEMON, lozenge to suck?
Dosage
RESERVED FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS
The recommended dose in adults and children over 6 years: 1 lozenge, 3 to 6 times a day.
Slowly suck the lozenge without chewing it, or swallow it by spacing the plugs.
It is best to suck the pellet away from meals.
The duration of use is limited to 5 days
If you feel that the effect of this medicine is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.
If you take more STREPSILS HONEY LEMON, lozenge to suck than you should
