Acne is a very common skin problem, most often appearing duringadolescence. Most often benign, it can in some cases take on severe forms, with pimples on the face, neck, chest and sometimes back.
Acne reflects reactions taking place in the sebaceous glands, which produce sebum, a lubricating substance. If there's too little sebum, the skin will be dry and easily chapped. If there's too much, skin will become oily and acne-prone.
In fact,excess sebum obstructs the sebaceous gland duct. This facilitates the proliferation of bacteria normally present in the skin, notably Propionibacterium acnes, responsible forinflammation (red pimples). When the clogged follicle dilates too much, this causes retention lesions(blackheads and microcysts). Deeper lesions (cysts) can leave scars.

Dosage
· Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 2 tablets 2 to 3 times a day.
· Children over 6 years of age: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times a day.
Administration
Chewable tablet to be allowed to dissolve under the tongue, preferably between meals.
Sublingual route.
Duration of treatment
· Treatment of acne: the maximum duration of treatment is 3 months. If there is no improvement after 1 month, consult a doctor.
· Treatment of itchy rashes: the maximum duration of treatment is 1 month. If there is no improvement after 8 days, consult a doctor.
