Native to temperate regions of Eurasia, stinging nettle is a very common perennial herb around homes. Despite its stinging nature, the leaf is particularly appreciated for maintaining the flexibility of the joints. Originally from Europe, meadowsweet is a perennial herbaceous plant that is the source of the most famous medicine in the world: aspirin. Traditionally used to support joint flexibility, it belongs to the Rosaceae family.

How to properly use Nat & Form Organic Joint Tea 100 G?

I prepare my herbal tea:

Infusion:

Pour 1 to 2 tablespoon(s) of plants into simmering water and leave to infuse for 3 to 10 minutes.

Decoction:

Immerse the plant in boiling water and keep boiling for 10 to 30 minutes then leave to infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired concentration.

What are the side effects and contraindications?

To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not to be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Storage takes place in a dry place away from light. Store away from humidity and heat.
