Ashwagandha extract also helps maintain mental balance and emotional stability, and rhodiola extract helps reduce stress-related fatigue. In addition, the combination of magnesium and vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.

What are the side effects and contraindications?
Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Contains ashwagandha: may potentiate barbiturate effects.
