What is Vetoform Spot-On Kitten Insect Repellent used for?
Give your kitten a natural, effective defense against external parasites with Vetoform Spot-On Insect Repellent pipettes. Specially formulated for kittens from 8 weeks of age, these pipettes provide complete protection against biting insects, while respecting the sensitivity of their still fragile skin.
Formulated with plant-based active ingredients such as lavender and pyrethrum (Chrysanthemum), the formula acts as a repellent barrier against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, flies and sandflies. The effectiveness of these active ingredients has been validated by an independent entomology laboratory, guaranteeing up to 98% efficacy against fleas and visible repellent action from the very first hours.
Easy to use, Vetoform pipettes are applied directly to the skin, between the shoulder blades, for continuous, even distribution throughout the coat. Each pipette protects your kitten for 4 weeks, allowing you to maintain constant prevention without constraint.
Designed for the safety of young cats, these pipettes contain no harsh chemical insecticides. Their gentle formula makes them easy to use as part of a preventive pest control program, particularly recommended for households with several pets.
By choosing Vetoform insecticide pipettes for kittens, you're choosing a natural, reliable and practical solution that effectively protects your little companion while respecting his well-being and that of his environment.
We also offer a complete range of antiparasitic products, at the best prices in our online pharmacy.
How do I use Insect Repellent Pipettes to protect my kitten?
The pipettes can be used on kittens over 2 months of age. They provide effective protection against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, sandflies and flies for one month.
For kittens, use one pipette per application, repeated every 4 weeks. Hold the pipette vertically and tap the top to draw the liquid down to the bottom. Open the pipette by cutting off the end and apply the contents to your kitten's neck, directly onto the skin, spreading the fur well behind the ears.
We also recommend worming your kitten as soon as possible, and at regular intervals, to protect against internal parasites.

Expert advice
For kittens over 8 weeks of age, gentle but effective pest protection is essential. Choose products specifically formulated for young cats, with natural or low-toxicity active ingredients. Apply spot-on treatments according to the indicated dosage, avoiding overdosing. Regularly clean the kitten's environment (cushions, blankets, litter) to limit the risk of reinfestation. During walks or contact with other animals, be extra vigilant. In case of doubt or particular sensitivity, ask your vet for advice. Early prevention protects the kitten's fragile health and promotes healthy growth.
