5 to 15 drops per day around noon, pure (keep 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water, or better still diluted in a tablespoon of Dépurasève, all in a bottle of water. ¾ L. Start with a low dosage and increase gradually until the desired effect is obtained.
As a cure, 3 weeks of daily intake, then a week off, for a maximum of 3 months.
In maintenance, one week per month.
It is always preferable to combine Depurasève, this one allowing the elimination of toxins present in the organism and the remineralization of this one.
