Herbalgem Prestagem GC14 Organic: Practical gemmotherapy
The fruits of Sabal serrulata, rich in phytosterols, help reduce prostate inflammation and are even considered aphrodisiacs. The small-flowered willowherb has a decongestant effect. As a tonic, sequoia buds help alleviate sexual fatigue and relieve prostate congestion (even in chronic cases).
5 to 10 drops per day in the morning, either undiluted (hold in your mouth on your tongue for 20 seconds) or diluted in a little water, or better yet, diluted in a tablespoon of Dépurasève, all in a ¾-liter bottle of water. Start with a low dose and gradually increase it until the desired effect is achieved.
