Herbalgem Prestagem GC14 Complex is a concentrated gemmotherapy complex that combines three plants in drop form: a mother tincture of sabal fruit (Serenoa repens), the small palm tree also known as the dwarf palm, a mother tincture of small-flowered willowherb, and a glycerin macerate of young giant sequoia shoots. Sabal is the predominant ingredient in the formula.
Sabal and fireweed are combined to support normal urinary function in men. This is the very meaning behind its name, “Men’s Comfort”: a daily supplement for adult men who wish to support this function without changing their lifestyle habits.
Sabal grows in the southeastern United States, while small-flowered willowherb grows on damp slopes and along ditch banks in Europe. Both have a long history of traditional use in men. Sequoia completes the formula in the form of young shoots, based on the principle of gemmotherapy, which utilizes rapidly growing plant tissues.
Prestagem is taken in successive courses, interspersed with breaks, rather than continuously. Its liquid form is well-suited for those who prefer to avoid swallowing capsules or who already take several each day.
Prestagem does not provide any nutrients. For this purpose, we recommend Möller’s Omega-3 Rich in Vitamin D, a fish oil that provides EPA, DHA, and vitamin D: EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, while vitamin D helps maintain normal muscle function. The two products do not overlap; one provides plant extracts, the other provides nutrients.

Can Prestagem affect my PSA levels?
In the large American CAMUS trial, a saw palmetto extract did not affect PSA levels any more than a placebo, even at high doses. The sabal in Prestagem is present in a different form—as a mother tincture. However, you should inform the doctor prescribing the test that you are taking this supplement so they can interpret the results with full knowledge of the facts.
