5 to 15 drops a day, in the morning, outside meals, undiluted (keep 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water, or better still diluted in a tablespoon of Dépurasève, all in a 1L bottle of water. Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until you achieve the desired effect.
For children, 2 to 5 drops a day are sufficient.
For a course of treatment, take 3 weeks daily, then one week off, for a maximum of 3 months.
